Refund Policy

At Everyday Fitness, we maintain transparent policies regarding refunds and cancellations. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations. This policy applies to all memberships, training packages, and services offered by Everyday Fitness, Greater Noida.

1. Membership Fees

  • --All activated memberships are non-refundable and time-bound.
  • --Once a membership has been activated and the member has been given access to the facility, no refunds will be issued regardless of usage.
  • --Membership fees are valid only for the duration specified in the membership plan at the time of purchase.

2. Trial Sessions

  • --Free trial sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • --Paid trial sessions, once completed or accessed, are non-refundable.
  • --Trial sessions cannot be exchanged for membership credits or other services.

3. Personal Training Packages

  • --Purchased training packages are non-refundable once activated.
  • --Rescheduling of sessions may be allowed in case of valid medical reasons, subject to management approval and supported by medical documentation.
  • --Unused sessions cannot be converted to cash refunds or transferred to other members.
  • --Training packages are valid for the duration specified at purchase and expire after the designated period.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • --Membership cancellations must be requested in writing and submitted to the management office.
  • --Cancellation requests should include member name, membership ID, and reason for cancellation.
  • --Cancellation does not guarantee refund of membership fees already paid.
  • --Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to prevent further charges.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • --In exceptional circumstances, refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of the management.
  • --Valid exceptional circumstances may include prolonged medical emergencies, relocation, or documented hardship.
  • --Requests for exceptional refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the membership activation with supporting documentation.
  • --Management will review each case individually and communicate the decision within 10 business days.

6. Refund Processing

  • --If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • --Refunds may take additional time depending on the payment gateway or banking institution involved.
  • --Everyday Fitness is not responsible for delays in refund crediting caused by the member's bank or payment provider.
  • --Incomplete or incorrect payment details provided by the member may result in refund processing delays.

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • --Merchandise, supplements, and products purchased from the facility are non-refundable unless defective.
  • --Defective items can be exchanged or replaced within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.
  • --Facility access cards, RFID tags, and identification materials are non-refundable.
