Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a membership or using any services provided by Everyday Fitness, Greater Noida, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership

  • --All memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
  • --Members must be 16 years or older. Members under 18 require a parent or guardian's written consent.
  • --Everyday Fitness reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at its sole discretion.
  • --Membership fees must be paid in full or per the agreed instalment schedule. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

2. Facility Usage

  • --Members must comply with all gym rules, equipment guidelines, and staff instructions at all times.
  • --Use of the facility is at the member's own risk. Everyday Fitness is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of equipment or premises.
  • --Proper athletic attire and clean indoor footwear are mandatory inside the training zones.
  • --Members must wipe down equipment after use and return weights/accessories to their designated locations.

3. Health & Safety

  • --Members are advised to consult a medical professional before commencing any fitness programme, especially if they have pre-existing health conditions.
  • --Everyday Fitness is not responsible for any health complications arising during or after use of the facility.
  • --Members must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or medications to their assigned trainer before beginning a programme.

4. Personal Training

  • --Personal training sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to trainer availability.
  • --Cancellations require a minimum of 12 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.
  • --Training packages are valid for the duration specified at purchase and cannot be extended or transferred.

5. Code of Conduct

  • --Harassment, abuse, or intimidation of any kind towards staff or fellow members will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
  • --Photography and videography inside the facility require prior written permission from management.
  • --Everyday Fitness reserves the right to amend facility rules, operating hours, and class schedules without prior notice.

6. Freezing & Cancellation

  • --Membership freeze requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval. A maximum freeze period may apply as per the active plan.
  • --Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
  • --No refunds will be issued for partially used membership periods.

7. Liability

  • --Everyday Fitness, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the facility, services, or website.
  • --Members are responsible for securing their personal belongings. Everyday Fitness is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal property on the premises.

8. Modifications

  • --Everyday Fitness reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or in-facility notices.
  • --Continued use of the facility after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
